Requirement: Outdoor optical cable that needs to operate stably in extremely cold and snowy environment at -40℃.
Solution
Material: Anti-UV polyethylene sheath + double-layer armor structure, anti-freeze and pressure-resistant.
Test: Passed IP68 waterproof test and low-temperature bending test (500 times without cracking at -40℃).
Result: The customer used it for 3 years without any trouble, and subsequently added 5 batches of orders.
